Visitor review summary (summarised from Google & Kakao reviews)
Most reviewers are happy with the doctors' kindness and explanations. However, front desk attitude and loud staff chatter are recurring complaints, and walk-ins may face long waits.

“Doctors are skilled and kind, but the blunt front desk staff made every visit uncomfortable.”
“Staff chatter was loud enough to fill the waiting room and worsen a headache; a prescription sat uncalled for over ten minutes.”
“Grateful for personal care during the endoscopy and surgery; walk-in waits can be long, but worth it.”
“The doctor stood to greet me—so warm—and the front desk, despite worrying reviews, was friendly during my visit.”
