Despite prepaying and confirming 3 weeks ahead, the appointment was canceled just 10 minutes before—and staff offered no apology even when confronted.
Found during signing that the procedure dosage differed from what was explained, with inconsistent staff explanations. After posting a review on Gangnam Unni, the clinic page and review were removed.
No locker guidance or staff help during a 1-hour-plus wait. Felt the Aqua Peel was rushed without preparation, so stopped immediately and requested a refund.
Struck by how unfriendly the front desk staff were—low prices alone aren't enough reason to visit.
