Only necessary treatments were recommended, which felt trustworthy. The open-window layout kept the space from feeling stuffy, and it was the cleanest, most comfortable clinic they'd been to.
An interpreter helped with explanations before and after the procedure, easing anxiety. The doctor was meticulous, and overall satisfaction was high—recommended for international visitors.
The staff only gave one-word answers to questions with no proactive explanation, making it feel like no real consultation. Despite a year of visits, the poor service continued.
Being 30 minutes late past the appointment time seemed totally normal here, which was frustrating. The reviewer felt the reservation system was pointless.
