As a non-Korean speaker, the welcoming staff made my first skin procedure completely stress-free.
After assessing my under-eye concerns, they recommended a tailored combination treatment; pain was about 3–4 out of 10.
I later learned the doctor is a former Samsung Seoul Hospital dermatology professor—fully satisfied with everything, I'd make the trip to Seoul again.
The hotel-like interior, Namsan Tower view, and a post-treatment gift all left a strong impression of genuine care.
