Seoul Skin Log values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws including Korea's PIPA and the EU GDPR for European visitors. This is a placeholder — the final policy will be reviewed by counsel before launch.

Visitor statistics and product analytics

We collect visitor statistics to improve the service. No cookies or device storage are used for this. Your IP address and browser information are converted into an anonymous one-way hash together with the date (Korea time) and the originals are never stored; the identifier changes every day. To understand how the site is used, anonymous usage events such as page views and button clicks are sent to Amplitude, Inc. (United States). We never send names, contact details, photos, skin analysis results or free-text input. To understand how screens are used, we also record interaction flows (click positions, scrolling and navigation) with the same service. All on-screen text and everything you type are masked in these recordings, and uploaded photos, skin analysis results and consultation forms are excluded. Technical values such as settings and the recording start time may be kept temporarily in browser storage for this feature; they contain nothing that identifies you.
